Daisy Coombs graduated with a diploma in food and wine from Prue Leith’s in 1994. She has worked around the world gaining culinary experience from the depths of the Australian outback to the heights of the European Riviera. After working with a number of leading catering companies, she has seen the need for reasonably priced catering without compromising quality.
